### PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
In order to enable you to use the services of the website www.aimodelspartners.com, hereinafter referred to as "aimodelspartners.com", the SERVICE PROVIDER processes your personal data for the purposes indicated below. We list them below, together with the legal basis for data processing.
For the purpose of receiving enquiries and responding to them, we process your personal data in the form of your first name, telephone number and e-mail address. For marketing and remarketing purposes, we process data collected by tools that track the actions you have taken while using the website, namely:

In this respect, the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which permits the processing of personal data where you have given your consent.
For the purpose of sending the newsletter (a message containing commercial information), we process personal data in the form of your e-mail address. The legal basis for such data processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which permits the processing of personal data where you have given your consent.

### COOKIES
aimodelspartners.com uses "cookies", i.e. short text information that is stored on your computer, phone, tablet or other device. Similar practices are used by most functioning websites. They may be read by the SERVICE PROVIDER's system, as well as systems belonging to other entities whose services we use, namely Google (see § 5) and Facebook (see § 6).
The information collected in cookies relates to your IP address, the type of browser used, the language used, the type of operating system, the internet service provider, time and date information, location, as well as information sent to the website via the contact form.
Cookies perform various functions on the website. The SERVICE PROVIDER lists some examples below:

Activities in this area are carried out on the basis of a legitimate legal interest in the form of marketing its own products or services.
When visiting the aimodelspartners.com website, a Google "remarketing cookie" file is automatically placed on your device, which, thanks to a pseudonymous identifier and based on the pages you visit, enables the display of interest-based advertisements.
Further data processing based on Google Ads takes place only when you have given your consent to Google to link your browsing and application usage history with your account and to use information from your Google account to personalise advertisements displayed on websites.
If you are logged into the Google platform while visiting the aimodelspartners.com website, Google will use your data together with Google Ads data to create and define audience lists for remarketing purposes across various devices. For this purpose, Google temporarily combines your personal data with Google Ads data to create audience groups.
Google LLC is based in the United States and uses technical infrastructure located in the USA, which is why Google has joined the EU-US Privacy Shield programme to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection as required by EU law (GDPR).
The SERVICE PROVIDER informs you that the European Commission has determined that there is an adequate level of data protection for companies holding the Privacy Shield certificate (e.g. Google).

### GOOGLE ANALYTICS
Google Analytics is an analytical tool provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
The SERVICE PROVIDER explains that the Google Analytics tool uses cookie files, which are then saved on your device (e.g. laptop), enabling analysis of how you use aimodelspartners.com.
The analysis referred to in paragraph 2 enables checking the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, the way aimodelspartners.com is used, and optimising the appearance of products or services available on aimodelspartners.com.
Cookie files generated by the Google Analytics tool are individual in nature – it is not possible to use such a cookie file saved on another website that also uses Google Analytics.
The SERVICE PROVIDER informs you that the data referred to in paragraph 3 is transferred to a Google server and stored there.
Your IP address transmitted by the web browser you use due to the use of Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data.

### FACEBOOK PIXEL
Facebook Pixel is a marketing tool provided by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave. Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA.
Using Facebook Pixel, the SERVICE PROVIDER directs advertisements related to aimodelspartners.com to you on the Facebook platform. Activities in this area are carried out on the basis of a legitimate legal interest in the form of marketing its own products or services.
For marketing purposes, Facebook Pixel is used on the aimodelspartners.com website, thanks to which the SERVICE PROVIDER collects information about your use of the aimodelspartners.com website, in terms of pages viewed. Data collected in this way is transferred to Facebook servers in the USA and stored there.
Information collected through Facebook Pixel includes: subpages you view within the aimodelspartners.com website; transitions between individual subpages within the website; the source from which you navigate to our website; time spent by you on the website and its subpages; your age range; your gender; your interests determined on the basis of your online activity; your approximate location limited to your locality.
Data collected through Facebook Pixel, as described in paragraph 3, is anonymous. However, Facebook may combine the collected information with other data about you that it has collected as part of your use of Facebook, in order to subsequently use it for its own purposes (including marketing purposes).
The actions of Facebook described in § 6 paragraph 4 are not dependent on the SERVICE PROVIDER.
Facebook Inc. is based in the United States and uses technical infrastructure located in the USA, which is why Facebook has joined the EU-US Privacy Shield programme to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection as required by EU law (GDPR).

## § 8
### PROFILING – MARKETING COOKIES
Having regard to the content of Article 13(2)(f) GDPR, the SERVICE PROVIDER informs you that you are subject to Profiling, which consists of installing marketing cookie files on the user's device.
As profiling, Article 4(4) GDPR defines any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects of a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict aspects concerning that natural person's performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements.
The SERVICE PROVIDER informs you that the profiling referred to in paragraph 2 serves exclusively marketing purposes, which serve to provide you with a more individualised offer that is more likely to interest you.
The individualised offer referred to in paragraph 3 may relate in particular to the presentation of general advertisements, offers or discounts concerning the SERVICE PROVIDER's products or services tailored to your preferences.
You have the right at any time to object to the processing of your data based on the premise of necessity for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the SERVICE PROVIDER, including in particular processing for marketing purposes, including profiling.
The SERVICE PROVIDER emphasises that profiling does not result in you making decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.
If you want the SERVICE PROVIDER to stop collecting information based on marketing cookies, simply delete them from your device. After re-entering the www.aimodelspartners.com website, you may be asked again to make a decision regarding marketing cookies.

### RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
The processing of personal data is based on your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Withdrawal of consent may be made in one of the following ways:

sending a statement of withdrawal of consent to the SERVICE PROVIDER's address.
If the processing of your personal data was based on consent, its withdrawal does not mean that the processing of personal data up to that point was unlawful. In other words, until the consent is withdrawn, the SERVICE PROVIDER has the right to process your personal data, and its revocation does not affect the lawfulness of previous processing.

### OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA
The provision of any personal data by you is voluntary and depends on your decision. However, there are situations in which providing personal data is a necessary condition for using the aimodelspartners.com website.
In order to receive the newsletter, it is necessary for you to provide your e-mail address. Without this, the SERVICE PROVIDER is unable to send commercial information about the aimodelspartners.com website.
In order to send an enquiry and receive a response, it is necessary for you to provide your e-mail address or telephone number. Without this, the SERVICE PROVIDER is unable to respond to the enquiry.
In order to receive the newsletter in SMS form, it is necessary for you to provide your telephone number. Without this, the SERVICE PROVIDER is unable to send commercial information about the aimodelspartners.com website in this form.
In order to use the aimodelspartners.com website without having to log in each time when navigating to subsequent subpages, and to be able to like the fan page on Facebook directly from the aimodelspartners.com website, it is necessary for you to consent to the use of cookies.

### RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Like most companies, the SERVICE PROVIDER uses the help of other service providers in its operations. Sometimes this involves the need to transfer your personal data. In connection with the above, where necessary, we transfer your data to our business partners, namely:

In the future, circumstances may arise that will cause the necessity or obligation on the part of the SERVICE PROVIDER to transfer personal data. Currently, the SERVICE PROVIDER is unable to predict in what situations this could occur. However, the SERVICE PROVIDER assures you that each such case will be subject to thorough analysis, in order to eliminate situations of data disclosure to an unauthorised person.
## § 12
### TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
The SERVICE PROVIDER informs you that your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area in connection with the use of Stripe payment processing services. Stripe, Inc. is based in the United States and complies with applicable data protection regulations, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to ensure an adequate level of protection for your personal data.
## § 13
### PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Your data is processed only for the time necessary to achieve the designated purpose. It will then be irreversibly deleted.
Regarding individual periods of personal data processing, we kindly inform you that personal data is processed by the SERVICE PROVIDER until consent is withdrawn – with regard to e-mail addresses and telephone numbers processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter. After a specified period, we may contact you to confirm your consent for further processing.
We count periods in years from the end of the year in which the SERVICE PROVIDER began processing personal data, in order to streamline the process of deleting or destroying personal data. In the case of exercising the so-called right to be forgotten, such situations are considered individually.
## § 14
### DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
The SERVICE PROVIDER informs you that you have the right to:
access to your personal data;
You may always contact the SERVICE PROVIDER to determine what personal data we process and what its origin is. In certain circumstances, you have the right to receive a copy of the personal data you have provided to us in a commonly used and structured machine-readable format, or to request the transfer of your personal data to any third party of your choice.
rectification of personal data;
If you determine that the personal data held by the SERVICE PROVIDER is incorrect, outdated, incomplete or inaccurate, you have the right to request its supplementation or correction.
erasure of personal data;
At any time, you may request that the SERVICE PROVIDER delete stored personal data. However, in some cases this may not be possible, e.g. for the purpose of defending claims or when required by law.
restriction of personal data processing;
At any time, by contacting the SERVICE PROVIDER, you may request restriction of the processing of your personal data where it is unnecessary for the purposes of processing.
objection to personal data processing;
You have the right to object to the use of your personal data. More information on how to lodge an objection and the procedure can be found in paragraph 4 and following.
portability of personal data.
The SERVICE PROVIDER respects your rights arising from data protection regulations and will make every effort to facilitate their exercise.
The above rights are not absolute. Situations may arise in which the SERVICE PROVIDER will be obliged to refuse to exercise them or to propose a different solution from that proposed by you. Refusal to fulfil your request may only occur after thorough analysis and only where it is necessary to ensure lawful operation.
At any time, you have the right to object to the manner of processing of personal data. However, you must remember that, in accordance with the law, we may refuse to take your objection into account if the SERVICE PROVIDER demonstrates that:
there are legally justified grounds for processing that are overriding in relation to your interests, rights and freedoms, or
there are grounds for establishing, asserting or defending claims.
At any time, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes. In such a situation, we will cease processing data for this purpose.

### RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT
If you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

### FINAL PROVISIONS
In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, data protection legislation shall apply.
You will be notified of any changes made to this Privacy Policy by e-mail, provided that you have supplied one. If you have not provided data enabling us to contact you, information about changes to the Privacy Policy will be available as follows:
