# USER ACCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions set out the conditions, method of creating and contain important information regarding the creation of a profile in the online store www.aimodelspartners.com, operated by AION Michał Antoniszyn, Orawska 79, lok. 13, 52-227 Wrocław, Poland, NIP: 8992610147, e-mail: contact@softaiconnect.com, hereinafter referred to as the "SERVICE PROVIDER".
## § 1
### ACCOUNT SERVICE
The SERVICE PROVIDER informs you that creating an Account on the www.aimodelspartners.com website is entirely voluntary and free of charge.
The Account service enables the User to view previously placed orders in the online store www.aimodelspartners.com belonging to the SERVICE PROVIDER, monitor current orders and edit User data, among other things for the purpose of placing new orders.
## § 2
### TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
In order to create an Account on the www.aimodelspartners.com website, a computer or other device with Internet access and an active e-mail account are required.
## § 3
### REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
In order to create an Account on the www.aimodelspartners.com website, it is necessary to complete the form that is made available at the start of the registration process.
## § 4
### AGREEMENT AND DURATION
Upon creating an Account on the www.aimodelspartners.com website, the User enters into an Agreement with the SERVICE PROVIDER for an indefinite period, the subject of which is the operation of the User Account.
The conditions of the Agreement referred to in paragraph 1 are set out in these Terms and Conditions.
## § 5
### CHANGING ACCOUNT DATA AND CANCELLATION
The User may at any time, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, change the data provided during Account registration or cancel the Account, by sending a request to contact@softaiconnect.com.
## § 6
### WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT AND COMPLAINTS
**A. Withdrawal from the Agreement**
A User who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason, within the period specified in the description of the given offer (not shorter than 14 days from the conclusion of the contract).
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should inform the SERVICE PROVIDER of their decision by sending an e-mail to contact@softaiconnect.com.
After reporting the intention to withdraw from the agreement, the Consumer is obliged to send the completed withdrawal form within 30 days from the date of notification. The form may be sent electronically to the above e-mail address.
The withdrawal form constitutes an appendix to these Terms and Conditions and is available on the store website.
In the event of failure to send the completed withdrawal form within 30 days from the date of reporting the intention to withdraw, it is deemed that the Consumer has waived the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
**Supplement – digital content (Art. 38(13) of the Consumer Rights Act):**
The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply in the case of delivery of digital content that is not stored on a tangible medium, if the performance has commenced with the Consumer's express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period and after informing them of the loss of the right of withdrawal (Art. 38(13) of the Consumer Rights Act).
At the time of purchasing an online course and obtaining access to digital materials on the aimodelspartners.com website, the Consumer gave consent for the commencement of performance, therefore online courses are not subject to return.
**B. Complaints**
Any complaints regarding the User Account service may be submitted by the User to the SERVICE PROVIDER's e-mail address: contact@softaiconnect.com or by phone at +48 606 114 578.
A complaint as referred to above should in particular contain:
a) the e-mail address provided during Account registration,
b) an e-mail address or other correspondence address to which the SERVICE PROVIDER should send a response,
c) the preferred method of being informed about the manner of resolving the complaint,
d) a description of the matter to which the complaint relates.
The deadline for considering a complaint and providing a response is 14 (fourteen) days from the date of submitting the complaint.
The SERVICE PROVIDER will inform the User of the manner of resolving the complaint in accordance with the data provided in the notification.
In a situation where the complaint notification is deficient, the SERVICE PROVIDER will inform the Account User at the address indicated in the notification of the need to supplement it.
## § 7
### DATA CONTROLLER
The controller of Users' personal data is the SERVICE PROVIDER. The User may contact the SERVICE PROVIDER by sending an e-mail to contact@softaiconnect.com. More information relating to the SERVICE PROVIDER's privacy policy can be found at https://aimodelspartners.com/privacy-policy/.
## § 8
### USER ACCOUNT HOLDER RIGHTS REGARDING PERSONAL DATA
The User may at any time request from the SERVICE PROVIDER access to their data and receipt of a copy thereof, rectification, portability and erasure, as well as having the right to restrict data processing.
Due to the processing of personal data, the User has the right to object to data processing, to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, and to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
## § 9
### PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The User's personal data is processed by the SERVICE PROVIDER in connection with the use of the User Account service.
The provision of personal data, as well as giving consent to participate in the User Account service, is voluntary.
Personal data obtained in connection with the use of the User Account service is stored until the User withdraws consent.
Users' personal data may be transferred to companies supporting the SERVICE PROVIDER in legal, marketing and IT matters.
Users' personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
## § 10
### PROHIBITION OF PROVIDING UNLAWFUL INFORMATION
In connection with the SERVICE PROVIDER's provision of the User Account service, the User may not provide the SERVICE PROVIDER with information or transmit content of an unlawful nature.
## § 11
### FINAL PROVISIONS
The SERVICE PROVIDER reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
Users will be informed of the need to amend these Terms and Conditions and of the content of the changes by posting on the www.aimodelspartners.com website information about the change, containing the content of the new Terms and Conditions.
The SERVICE PROVIDER undertakes to maintain the information referred to in paragraph 2 for a period of at least 14 (fourteen) days.
Users using the User Account service will additionally be informed by sending to the e-mail address provided during registration information about the amendment of these Terms and Conditions and the content of the new Terms and Conditions.
Users will be notified of any changes no later than 14 (fourteen) days before the introduction of the new Terms and Conditions.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions take effect on the date given together with the information about the change, but no earlier than after 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of informing about the changes to the Terms and Conditions, with the proviso that the amended Terms and Conditions will apply to the User, provided that within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving information about the change, they do not declare their resignation from the User Account service in the event of non-acceptance of the new content of the Terms and Conditions.
# NEWSLETTER SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
## OF THE ONLINE STORE OPERATED AT WWW.AIMODELSPARTNERS.COM
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Newsletter service of the online store operated at www.aimodelspartners.com and are effective from 12.09.2025.
## § 1
### ENTITY PROVIDING THE SERVICE
The Newsletter service is provided and made available by AION Michał Antoniszyn, Orawska 79, lok. 13, 52-227 Wrocław, Poland, NIP: 8992610147, e-mail: contact@softaiconnect.com, hereinafter referred to as the SERVICE PROVIDER.

### NEWSLETTER SERVICE
The Newsletter service consists of the SERVICE PROVIDER sending, via electronic mail, to the e-mail address indicated by the User, information in the form of e-mail messages. The SERVICE PROVIDER indicates that the Newsletter service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period.
## § 3
### NEWSLETTER CONTENT
Information sent as part of the Newsletter service includes, among others, data about the SERVICE PROVIDER's product and service offer, current promotions, new products and services, as well as other messages concerning the SERVICE PROVIDER.
## § 4
### NEWSLETTER MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Messages sent as part of the Newsletter service are sent no less frequently than every 2 days.
## § 5
### TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
In order to use the Newsletter service, a computer or other device with Internet access and an active e-mail account are required.
## § 6
### REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
In order to use the Newsletter service, the User is required to perform registration activities on the website (link to the newsletter subpage) consisting of providing an e-mail address in the form posted on the www.aimodelspartners.com website, giving consent to receive commercial information by electronic means at the e-mail address indicated in the form, accepting these Terms and Conditions, clicking the "Sign Up" button, and clicking the registration confirmation link contained in the electronic message sent by the SERVICE PROVIDER entitled "Registration Confirmation".
Clicking the registration confirmation link results in the User's e-mail address being added to the SERVICE PROVIDER's Newsletter user list. The SERVICE PROVIDER indicates that the User's e-mail address is used exclusively for sending the User messages containing the information referred to in § 3.
The activities described in this paragraph are necessary for the provision of the Newsletter service to the User.

The User may at any time, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, change the previously indicated e-mail address to which messages are sent as part of the Newsletter service, or cancel the Newsletter service, by sending a cancellation statement to contact@softaiconnect.com.
## § 11
### PROHIBITION OF PROVIDING UNLAWFUL INFORMATION
In connection with the SERVICE PROVIDER's provision of the Newsletter service, the User may not provide the SERVICE PROVIDER with information or transmit content of an unlawful nature.
## § 12
### COMPLAINTS
Any complaints regarding the Newsletter service may be submitted by the User to the SERVICE PROVIDER's e-mail address: contact@softaiconnect.com.
A complaint should contain:
the e-mail address provided during registration for the Newsletter service,
an e-mail address or other correspondence address to which the SERVICE PROVIDER should send a response,
the User's preferred method of being informed about the manner of resolving the complaint,
a description of the matter to which the complaint relates.
The deadline for considering a complaint and providing a response is 14 days from the date of submitting the complaint.
## § 13
### FINAL PROVISIONS
The SERVICE PROVIDER reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
Users will be informed of any changes by posting information on the Website and/or sending it to the e-mail address provided during registration.
